Local Science Center „Metal Inspirations”

Design and Implementation of Renewable Energy-Themed Exhibits for the Local Science Center “Metal Inspirations” in Wałcz.

For the exhibition, we created models of a pumped-storage power plant, a solar-powered airplane, and wind turbines.

The pumped-storage power plant model demonstrates the operation of electricity generators driven by Francis and Pelton turbines. The wind turbine models are powered by a multi-directionally controlled Dyson blower. The solar-powered airplane is an innovative interactive station illustrating renewable energy concepts. It operates through two beams of light controlled from separate consoles, which activate a tethered airplane model.
